These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made during the ALLFENIX Warehouse Sale (the "Sale"). By completing a purchase during the Sale, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Sale period

The Sale is available for a limited time only. ALLFENIX reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Sale at its sole discretion without prior notice. Sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the designated Sale window.

Final sale, No refunds or exchanges

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE ARE FINAL SALE. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason.
• Exchanges will no be offered on warehouse sale orders.
• No store credits will be issued in lieu of a refund or exchange.
• Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
• Orders are unable to be cancelled, modified, or amended once placed.

We strongly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

Notwithstanding the final sale policy, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded, restricted, or modified. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, including a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

To report a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@allfenix.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.

Pricing & discounts

• All Sale prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, offers, or loyalty rewards unless expressly stated.
• ALLFENIX reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer the option of purchasing at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Shipping

• Orders placed during the Sale may experience extended dispatch and delivery times due to increased order volumes. Estimated timeframes will be communicated at checkout.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by the ACL.
• ALLFENIX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. ALLFENIX accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLFENIX's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Sale purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant item(s). ALLFENIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the Sale is handled in accordance with the ALLFENIX Privacy Policy, available at allfenix.com. By purchasing, you consent to your information being used to process and fulfil your order and, where opted in, to receive marketing communications.

18. Win Your Order promotion

The following terms apply to the Win Your Order promotion run as part of the Sale.

Win Your Order Promotion summary

• Minimum order value: $150 AUD (order subtotal after any applied discount codes, before shipping and taxes)
• Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over with a valid Australian shipping address. Purchase required.
• Draw date: 12:00pm AEST Monday 22 June 2026
• Draw location: ALLFENIX office (St Kilda, VIC) or via verified video draw
• Winners announced: Within 7 days of the draw, via ALLFENIX Instagram and email to winners
• Prize: Five (5) prizes. Each prize is the AUD value of the winner's eligible order, up to a maximum of $500 AUD per prize, issued as ALLFENIX store credit. Total prize pool: $2,500 AUD.
• T&Cs publish window: These Win Your Order terms are published on allfenix.com from 9:00am AEST Monday 15 June 2026 and remain live unchanged until the draw on Monday 22 June 2026.

18.2. How to enter

18.2.1. Purchase required. Every customer who places an eligible order on allfenix.com during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. Each eligible order = one (1) entry. No purchase, no entry.

18.2.2. Eligible order means an order placed on allfenix.com during the Promotion Period that:

(a) has an order subtotal of $150 AUD or more (after any applied discount codes, before shipping and taxes); and

(b) is not subsequently cancelled, fully refunded, or fully returned before the Draw Date.

18.3. Prize details

18.3.1. Each of the five winners will receive an ALLFENIX store credit equal to the AUD value of their eligible order at the time the order was placed, up to a maximum of $500 AUD per winner.

18.3.2. The store credit:

• Expires twelve (12) months from issue
• Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash
• Can be used in a single transaction or split across multiple transactions
• Can be applied to any product on allfenix.com (excluding gift cards)

18.3.3. Where a winner's eligible order has been partially returned or refunded prior to the Draw Date, the prize value is calculated on the remaining (kept) portion of the order, provided the remaining order value is $150 AUD or more. If the remaining order value falls below $150, the order is no longer eligible and a redraw will be conducted.

18.4. Draw and notification

18.4.1. The draw will be conducted by random selection from all eligible entries on Monday 22 June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. The draw will be witnessed by at least one ALLFENIX staff member who is not the Promoter or related to any entrant, and a record will be retained.

18.4.2. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw using the email address associated with the winning entry. Winners will also be announced via ALLFENIX Instagram (@allfenix) within thirty (30) days of the draw.

18.4.3. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries.

18.5. Permits

This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery. The total prize pool ($2,500 AUD) is below the permit thresholds in all Australian states and territories (the lowest is the Australian Capital Territory at $3,000 AUD; New South Wales requires a permit only for trade promotions exceeding $10,000 AUD). No permit is required.

18.6. General

18.6.1. ALLFENIX employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

18.6.2. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and consent to ALLFENIX using their name (first name and surname initial) and the suburb of their shipping address for the purpose of announcing the winners on ALLFENIX channels.

18.6.3. ALLFENIX reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, breaches these terms, or is otherwise improper.

18.6.4. ALLFENIX is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by entrants, including in respect of unredeemed or partially redeemed prizes.
