Although we hope you love all your items from ALLFENIX, we have return policies in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 


Purchases Made During our Online Warehouse Sale 
During our Online Warehouse Sale (commencing 10th June, 8.00am AEDT), all sale products are considered FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be faulty upon delivery. 


Purchases Made Outside of Online Warehouse Sale

Conditions for returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Items must be returned in original packaging
  4. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (no make-up/deodorant stains).

REFUNDID

We’ve partnered with Refundid to offer you instant refunds on your returns. Returns within Australia will incur a AUD $14.50 fee for the return label.

Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Any international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please include our returns form and organise return shipping with your local courier. 

We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.

Store credit or exchange only. No Refund. For any orders purchased furing the Black Friday promotion, please see Black Friday sale terms above. 

Exchanges

Please complete the returns and exchanges form, and clearly outline your exchange. Please note, no exchange requests are held, if your exchange request is not available, our team will issue you with a store credit/refund (based on above conditions). Once you have completed your returns and exchanges form, please reach out to our team at info@allfenix.com to finalise the process.

Swimwear

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and returned in the original swimwear bag. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered in any way. All swimwear pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.

Gift With Purchase (GWP) / Collaborations

If you receive a Gift with Purchase (GWP) from All Fenix or a collaboration and want to return your item for a full refund, the GWP will need to be returned. The GWP must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging to be able to receive a refund. If the gift with purchase is not returned, you will receive a store credit.

Bundles

If you want to return part of your bundle, you are only required to send back the item you would like to return. However, we can only offer a size exchange for the same item or a store credit for the amount you've paid for that item. 

If you wish to exchange individual item(s) purchased within a bundle, please fill out the returns form, clearly outlining your exchange request. Please note, no exchange requests are held, if your exchange request is not available, our team will issue you with a store credit.


Faulty items

We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@allfenix.com with a description and images of your product fault.

 

Warehouse Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made during the ALLFENIX Warehouse Sale (the "Sale"). By completing a purchase during the Sale, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Sale period

The Sale is available for a limited time only. ALLFENIX reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Sale at its sole discretion without prior notice. Sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the designated Sale window.

Final sale, No refunds or exchanges

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE ARE FINAL SALE. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason.
  • Exchanges will no be offered on warehouse sale orders.
  • No store credits will be issued in lieu of a refund or exchange.
  • Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • Orders are unable to be cancelled, modified, or amended once placed.

We strongly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

Notwithstanding the final sale policy, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded, restricted, or modified. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, including a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

To report a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@allfenix.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.

Pricing & discounts

  • All Sale prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, offers, or loyalty rewards unless expressly stated.
  • ALLFENIX reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer the option of purchasing at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Shipping

  • Orders placed during the Sale may experience extended dispatch and delivery times due to increased order volumes. Estimated timeframes will be communicated at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by the ACL.
  • ALLFENIX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. ALLFENIX accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLFENIX's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Sale purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant item(s). ALLFENIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the Sale is handled in accordance with the ALLFENIX Privacy Policy, available at allfenix.com. By purchasing, you consent to your information being used to process and fulfil your order and, where opted in, to receive marketing communications.
