For international orders, estimated delivery timeframes exclude any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of our control.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer.

If you submit your order before 12pm (AEST), your order will be dispatched the same business working day. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of submitting your purchase. During busy times and sale periods, this may take longer.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a tracking number so that you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Our warehouse processes returns every Monday. As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, you will receive an automated email.

Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.

Yes. We do not cover the cost of return postage, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.

For any exchanges, we issue a store credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return(s).

Please note* store credits do not have an expiry.
