When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If you submit your order before 12pm (AEDT), your order will be dispatched the same business working day. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of submitting your purchase. During busy periods like Black Friday, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped during this high-volume period.

During our Black Friday sale (commencing 30th October 2025, 6pm AEDT), products under $50 AUD are considered FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be faulty upon delivery. We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@allfenix.com with a description and images of your product fault.

If you receive a Gift with Purchase (GWP) from ALLFENIX or a collaboration and want to return your item for a full refund, the GWP will need to be returned. The GWP must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging to be able to receive a refund. If the gift with purchase is not returned, you will receive a store credit.

Our discount codes are only valid on full price items. Because our Black Friday promotion is sitewide, you'll be unable to apply discount codes during the promotional period.
