CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (no make-up/deodorant stains).
FULL PRICE - Refund and store credit available.
FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE - Refund and store credit available.
SALE ITEM - Store credit only. No Refund.
EXCHANGE - We issue store credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.
FAULTY ITEM - We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with a description and images of your product fault
Returns within Australia can be processed via our online portal for AUD $12.5. The portal will generate a return shipping label and direct you to your nearest postage facility. Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information.
Any international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please include our returns form and organise return shipping with your local courier.
We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.
